The EntreMD Business School
Lay the foundation for a profitable, seven-figure private practice.
Catalyst is where private practice owners learn to fill the schedule, get paid for the work they do, and build a team that makes them money. Insurance-based or cash. Year one or year ten.
$2,500 for the year. One payment. Nothing renews on its own.
The truth about private practice
You didn't train this long to wonder if the schedule will fill.
You are a phenomenal physician. You are smart. You work hard. You opened your doors so you could practice medicine on your terms.
And still. Open slots on a Tuesday. Money you already earned, sitting in a copay nobody collected, a claim nobody chased, a balance nobody asked about. A team that waits on you for every answer, so every answer waits on you.
Reimbursements go down. Costs go up. Someone tells you private practice is dead, and on a long week you almost believe them.
It isn't you. Nobody taught you the business. Medical school taught you to be a doctor. Catalyst teaches you to run the practice.
“We don't subscribe to the narrative that private practice is dead. We take principles, we build our business, we build our dream life, and we keep it moving.”Dr. Una
The Catalyst foundation
Get three things right, and the practice works.
Every profitable private practice, insurance or cash, solo or group, is built on the same three things. Catalyst is built on them too.
Fill your schedule.
Referral sources who send you patients. Reviews that bring in new ones every week. The Dream 100. The asks you've been putting off. You learn to bring patients in on purpose, so a full schedule stops being luck.
Until you have all the patients you want, your job is to get all the patients you want.
Get paid for the work you do.
Copays at the door. Balances that don't age. Prices that match your value. Billing reports you actually read. Your practice is probably already making more money than it keeps. You'll learn to keep it.
The practices that win are the practices that serve AND earn.
Build a profitable team.
Clear KRAs for every role. Hiring at the pace of grace. A team that runs the day, so the practice doesn't stop when you step out of the room. You stop being the bottleneck and start leading.
You cannot outearn a poorly led team.
What's inside Catalyst
A low lift. A huge return.
An hour on Thursdays and a few minutes each weekday morning. That is the whole commitment. As Dr. Nichelle Brown put it, having “the time to devote to working on my business as opposed to always just grinding in my business was really invaluable.”
Catalyst Live with Dr. Una
Dr. Una, live. Teaching the three things, answering your questions, and showing you the next move for your practice. Bring your questions; they get answered live.
The Seven-Figure Session
A physician running a seven-figure practice, teaching exactly how they did it. Not theory. Not make-believe. What someone has actually done, and how you do it in your practice next week.
Momentum Coworking Sessions
An hour to work on your business instead of in it. A short teach, a focused block of real work alongside the EntreMD team and your peers, and you leave with the thing done, not just planned. This is where momentum gets built, one Thursday at a time.
DrUna, your one-on-one accountability coach
A digital coach built inside the EntreMD Business School. Every weekday morning you name your top three. The next morning she asks if you took the shot. Every Friday you close the week with her, and every Monday there is a short note from Dr. Una. Meet DrUna ↓
The core lessons and the tools
Core lessons for each of the three things, built to make you win in all three: a full schedule, money collected, a profitable team. Plus the templates, checklists and scripts you can hand straight to your team. Every live session is recorded, so you never fall behind.
The room
Private practice owners who are building what you are building, live with you on Thursdays. And Catalyst's own Wins Wall in DrUna, where members put the week's wins for each other to see.
12 CME credits
Your work on your practice counts toward your CME. Provided by Pinnacle Conference, LLC, jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

New for Catalyst
Meet DrUna. She checks.
For the first time, Catalyst comes with DrUna, the one-on-one digital accountability coach for physicians, built inside the EntreMD Business School. This is the best version of this program that has ever existed.
The EntreMD Business School – Catalyst

Hi, I'm
DrUna.
pronounced DROO-na
Your accountability coach.
Every morning you tell me your top three, and I hold you to the first one. Tomorrow I ask: did you take the shot? Fridays, we close the week.
I speak in Dr. Una's words. She's the real one. I'm the one who never sleeps.
I already have a PIN
Doctors don't lack information. They lack someone who checks. DrUna checks. Every weekday morning you name your top three, before the day takes over, and the next morning she asks if you took the shot. Every Friday you close the week in six short steps: what you collected, your new clients, your Dream 100 conversations, your team meeting, and your win of the week. Then she reads your week back to you.
Every Monday there is a short note from Dr. Una, recorded for Catalyst, and her sentence for the week is waiting each morning when you lock in your three.
She is how Catalyst members use their time at the highest possible level, and it adds minutes to your day, not hours. Members of the EntreMD Business School have run their mornings on DrUna since September.
Two years of wins
This room has been producing results since December 2024.
Catalyst grew out of the Profitable Private Practice Movement. Here is what its members said, in their own words, at EntreMD's public workshops.

Is this you?
Catalyst is for the physician who is done waiting.
Catalyst is for you if
- You own a private practice, or you are about to open one.
- You are insurance-based, cash, direct primary care, or a mix.
- You will give your business one hour on Thursdays and a few minutes each weekday morning.
- You want a practice that runs on systems and a team, not on you.
- You are ready to make the asks.
It isn't for you if
- You want someone to do the work for you.
- You want the information but not the implementation.
- You have already decided private practice can't work.
Already in the Movement?
You're moving up, on your own date.
The Profitable Private Practice Movement is becoming Catalyst. From Thursday, November 5, you have everything in Catalyst, DrUna included, at no extra cost.
Nothing you paid for is lost. You keep your access until your current membership ends (the end of the month you've paid for, or the end of your paid year), and at least through December 6. When that date comes, you continue in Catalyst at $2,500 for the year.
Monthly billing is ending, so you won't be charged again. We'll email you your exact date, so you know when to join.

Your guide
Dr. Una
Dr. Nneka Unachukwu is a board-certified pediatrician. She opened her practice in 2010 with no business training, grew it to seven figures, and built the team that now runs it.
She is the founder of EntreMD, the CEO of two seven-figure companies, the bestselling author of The EntreMD Method, host of the EntreMD Podcast, and a member of the Forbes Business Council. More than 300 physicians have come through the EntreMD Business School. Her mission is to help 100,000 physicians build businesses that let them live life and practice medicine on their terms.
“It is your moral responsibility to build a profitable practice.”
Your questions, answered
Before you decide.
How much time does Catalyst take?
One hour on Thursdays at noon Eastern, and a few minutes each weekday morning with DrUna. Every live session is recorded, so a Thursday in clinic doesn't set you back.
My practice is insurance-based. Will this work for me?
Yes. The room is full of insurance-based, cash, direct primary care and hybrid practices. Dr. Brittney Anderson runs insurance-based family medicine in rural Alabama, and she crossed $1 million. The three things work in every model.
I haven't opened my practice yet. Is it too early?
It is the best time. You lay the foundation before you need it, and you open with a plan for filling the schedule, getting paid and building the team. As Dr. Anokwute put it: “I wish I started many months ago.”
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment of $2,500 covers 12 months. Nothing renews on its own and you will never see a surprise charge. Before your year ends, DrUna reminds you in the app at 30, 14 and 7 days, and you choose whether to renew. Your renewal price stays $2,500.
When do I start?
The moment you join. You get your welcome email with everything you need, you open DrUna that day, and you join the very next Thursday. Your first Friday Close comes after your first full week.
Is DrUna a person?
DrUna is a digital accountability coach, built by EntreMD. In her own words: “I speak in Dr. Una's words. She's the real one. I'm the one who never sleeps.” She runs on your phone. No app store, no download.
Is there one-on-one coaching?
Your one-on-one coach is DrUna, every weekday morning. Live coaching happens on your live Thursdays, where your questions get answered. Private, high-touch coaching with Dr. Una is part of EBS Grow and EBS Scale.
How is Catalyst different from EBS Grow?
Catalyst lays the foundation: a full schedule, money collected, a profitable team. EBS Grow is the next step, for physicians building to their first $100,000 month with a team, with Dr. Una live every week. Many Grow members started in this room.
Do I really get CME?
Yes. Catalyst includes 12 CME credits in your first year, provided by Pinnacle Conference, LLC, which is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
Can I get a refund?
No. Catalyst is one payment for the year, and all sales are final. That's why everything is laid out on this page before you decide: what you get, when it happens, and what it costs.
I'm in the Movement now. What do I do?
Nothing yet. You already have Catalyst and DrUna. When your current membership ends (and not before December 6), join Catalyst at $2,500 for the year. We'll email you your exact date.
The best time to join is the second you find out about it.
Fill the schedule. Get paid for the work. Build the team. With the room on Thursdays, and DrUna in your corner every weekday morning.
One payment. Nothing renews on its own. Your rate stays $2,500 every year you renew.
