Day One 04/28/22
Welcome!
You will arrive, register, and join a social event with your classmates from 5:00 -7:00 pm.
Day Two 04/29/22
On this day, we will run full diagnostics on your business including your:
- Business model
- Message
- Marketing strategies
- Team and automation
- Revenue
At the end of this day, you will be crystal clear on what's working, what's not, and what you need to do going forward.
Day Three 04/30/22
The final day is all about creating the simplest plan to deliver maximum results over the following six months. In true EntreMD fashion, the implementation will start right there in the class.
At the end of these three days, you will have what will seem like a brand new business.
